Hi Sohailanwar433,

Did you try to add any other Bluetooth device apart from your mobile phone? Please ensure that Bluetooth is enabled. You can access Windows Mobility Center using the following key combination 'Windows key + X'. Click on 'Launch' under 'Radio control options', ensure that all the options are checked.

Please ensure that 'Quickset' is installed on the computer. If not, then you can download and install it from the link http://dell.to/Pnn20A . Please share a screenshot of 'Device Manager'.

To access Device Manager:

  1. Click 'Start'
  2. Right-click on 'Computer'
  3. Click on 'Properties'
  4. Click on ‘Device Manager’ on the left sidebar

Please reply if you have any questions.
