Same issue here. Experiencing this issue on all our clients (1000+).
Windows 10 Pro x64, Dell Command Update version 2.4.
Error:
GUI-UVM15Load of update catalog data failed

same problem here. Seems to be a problem from dell side.

Same problem, Dell OptiPlex 7040.
November 2019
Was running version 2.4
Upgraded to Version 3.0
Update completed without the GUI-UVM15 error
