my icons on my desktop are scattered all over the desktop and move when I get my mouse close to it. I have don a reg restore twice and they are all right when the pc first comes on but then the jump all over the place. This all started after downloading the incredi mail program. i have since uninstalled it but pc is still screwed up. I have a deminsion xpst700 with the pentium 111 700mgh processor. I have 156 ram and a 20 gb hard drive using window 98 se. Help please
