My primary PC is an XPS 420 which I want to use as a console (it has USB connections for mouse/keyboard etc) , and I have two older computers that use PS/2 and some USB connections. My monitor is Dell SP2008WFP. It has both DVI and VGA connections and an USB cable.  I bought an Iogear GCS1104 KVM switch at teh recommendation of the Iogear people - but it turns out that the the Iogear KVM swith does NOT support a monitor that requires a USB connection in addition to the DVI cable.  

Any recommendations on getting this setup to work? Or on another switch that will do the job? Or - I would even consider a new monitor - but I am confused about the USB cables that come on some monitors and whether they will cause the same problem.
