Lost WDM Rage Theater Video controller
For some reason, probably because I installed some driver upgrades for the horrible ATI drivers, I now appear to have lost the controller entitled WDM Rage Theater Video....it has apparently become named "media". It is detected as new hardware, and when I go to install a driver for it, I get a message saying: "An error occurred during installation of the device. The name is already in use as either a service name or a service display name". It tries to load something named "ksolay.ax". I'm not sure why the device appears to be misnamed. Any ideas? By the way, all the other ATI controllers, including the WDM Rage Theater Audio are there.
What this has done is essentially block my using the ATI TV controller, which says there's no driver available. I even reinstalled the original ATI software but that didn't help. I have a Media Center 4600C with the ATI AIW 9000 Compact card (which I would have never bought had I known it ed so badly). Thanks for any help.
