I have an older Dell 9200 Dimension with an Intel 1.66 MHz dual core processor. After upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 7 I started having performance problems. I originally had 1Gb memory but I just bought an additional 2 Gb which I will be installing as soon as it arrives. Should I also consider upgrading to a faster CPU? If so, what is the best option?
