My speakers  currently work, I know because of when I use Musicmatch Jukebox...my playlist will play.  The problem is through any other application my sound is unresponsive..this would be the internet, P2P programs, Real Player...anything ...plays someone help me fix what could be wrong.  Please let me know where to look to give you my system information outside of Windows XP...Dimension 4400..not familiar with sound cards and things of the nature.
