When choosing "open" file to retrieve a file, Windows Media Player times out, and doesn't return to an operable condition. All other functions appear to work; I just can't retrieve a file by using "file", "open", because the application times out. When I use control-alt-delete, the Window Media Player is shown as "not responding".
