I just received my new 600m and it is a very nice laptop.

The only problem is that the lower part of the screen (just near the dell logo) heats up very quickly. If I choose the highest brightness for the screen, I even don't want to tough the lower part of the screen. There is a hot spot there, not hot enough to fry eggs but it is really hot. Will that damage the screen sometime later?

I called dell service and they will replace the lcd next week. Anybody here has the similiar problem? Or it is just normal for a sxga+ lcd? Thanks!:smileywink:
