Our Dell Latitude 10e ST2E audio does not work correctly. When I plug in headphones, I can hear clearly. Without headphones the audio is almost non-existent. The volume is turned up to 100% and when I place my ear to either speaker I hear an extremely faint (barely hear it) scratchy noise.

The drivers are up-to-date. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Intel SST Audio Device (WDM). Any ideas out there?
