Hello Everyone!

I bought Dell inspiron laptop 5559 6th gen. Core i7 and when I push the power button it shows dell logo then it turns off and then I again push the  button and thats when it starts properly.

What I'm trying to say is that it doesn't start on the first push on power button. Is it normal? Should I be worried?
