I was updating the bios after reinstalling vista on my laptop and the power cord came out the back and it shut off and when i turn it on the power light  comes on and the screen doesnt come in but the cd rom tries to boot and if i put a cd in it seems like it tries to read it .... i tried taking the bios battery out but that didnt do anything. can i fix this or no?
