On several occasions it seems that while listening to Audio (either Windows Media or Internet Radio), inserting the Power Adapter into the laptop the system freezes, and a loud audio buzzing sound is heard.  I must hold the power button of the laptop to drop power.  Then able to restart with windows reminder that it did not shut down properly (as expected).

Laptop is Insprion 1440 running windows 7 64 bit,  dual core, 2.10 GHz, 3 GB Ram.

Does anyone else experience this issue ?????
