Is it possible to swap the hard drive from one D620 to another with a different GPU/CPU without reformatting the drive and reinstalling everything from scratch?  I have  a D620 with a dead GPU (Nvidia Quadro NVS 110M, Intel T7400 processor).  I have been given a working D620 with an Intel 945GM GPU and Intel T2500 processor.  The drive is a relatively new 250 GB SATA.  I am running Windows XP SP3.
