Hello,

My laptop was working very well before yesterday & battery was giving a good backup time too. I turned on my laptop yesterday & found out error "The battery cannot be identified". After searching, I found out that a couple of Dell laptop users have figured this out by either re-seating battery/charger or by updating BIOS. I've tried both of these but error is still the same. I've also tried to change the charger but error is still the same.

Can you kindly guide me how can I fix this?

Laptop is Dell Inspiron 15 (3521) with Intel i3-3217u.
