I received the product through eBay. New unopened and from a credible seller.

 

Upon my surprise, my unit also suffers from a widespread issue of inventor noise. It is driving crazy and I'd like to get a replacement.

 

I do have the invoice number from the seller and he told me that he will send the hard copy of the receipt to me.

 

Will I have any trouble getting it serviced through Dell under these circumstances?
