hi

my latitude d620 is unable to access the internet and to recieve an ip adress i can connect to the wireless network but everytime it say limited or no connectivity and repair does not work.  Many computers on this network work except mine.

Now here is the tricky part, when i hardwire the computer through LAN it is still unable to revieve and ip adress to access the internet.  Also, i am unable to get on the internet in safe mode through wireless or LAN.
