To install the correct driver for your network controller, you need to check the network card installed on your computer from Device Manager.

You can follow the steps below to check and install the network drivers for your computer:

• Click on “Start” and right click on “Computer”.
• Click on “Manage”.
• Click on “Device Manager”.
• Under “Network adapters”, you will find the wireless and ethernet card listed (make a note of that).

• Click on 'Drivers and Downloads'.
• You will find the wireless\ethernet driver under category “Network”.
• Click on the wireless\ethernet card depending on the network card your system has. (Install the same wireless driver which you checked from “Device Manager”.
• Click on “Get driver”.
• Select “For Single File Download via Browser”.
• Click on “Download Now”.
• Save the driver on your desktop.
• Once the driver is saved on desktop, right click on it and select “Run as administrator”.
• Install the network driver by following the on screen instructions.

Did you install the drivers in the correct order? How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

You may have to instll some of the drivers in the Compatibility mode
