Hi!

 

I'm new to this forum and I got a problem with my PC. I can't connect to the Internet no more. It worked fine this morning an all he sudden I get the message "Low or no connectivity". I tried to reset Winsock (sp?) and tried to enable the I-net settings etc.. Nothing will work.

Now I'm willing to reset my PC to factory setting, but I don't know how to do it.

Dell Dimension 2350 (Dec. 2002)

Windows XP SP2

Firefox

I got cable modem (no wireless) thru Time Warner (Highspeed)

Modem works fine on hubby's laptop.

Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller
Location PCI Slot 4 (PCI bus1, device9, function 0)
