Dell OS Recovery Tool está fechando

Bom dia, estou com o mesmo problema , conseguindo a solução compartilha.

Mesmo problema tambem...

Ola @Lorenzo.

Consigo rodar o Os Recovery, mas ele simplesmente aborta durante o processo.

Apos essa tela (prin anexo), o programa simplesmente fecha.

Isso se repete tambem em outras maquinas

Anivirus tambem foi desativado.

NAo chega a salvar nada no usb....o downlaod começa e depois o programa aborta do nada

Mesma coisa acontece com meu dell g15

Ele chega a baixar a imagem ISO e guardar na pasta Downloads da pasta do OS Recovery.

Mas fecha o aplicativo quando vai validar a imagem.

Segue em anexo o log do Dell OS Recovery.

Tentei usar a imagem ISO baixada mas quando tenta montar ela, diz que esta corrompida.
