Hello I have been trying to do a clean install on a Optiplex 5070 using a USB created with Microsoft media creator 

which I have done numerous times before on other desktops, but on this one I get a corrupted graphic on screen and it wont boot the USB,  if I change to legacy boot I can run the program fine until the PC reboots halfway through the install, then I get no boot device found. This has got me stumped   HELP PLEASE.
