I am a computer technician in a high school. I have been receiving DELL Optiplex 3060 Type: D11S004 lately.

We want to use two screens with this type of machine. We have the following problem: when there is no problem on the branch in a display port, but when using an HDMI TO VGA CONVERTER adapter, there is no display on the second screen . However, when you plug in direct HDMI, it works. Except that we do not have a screen with HDMI output.

Are you aware of this problem please? Do you have a solution for using the HDMI-VGA adapter please?
