I have been trying to access the URL for my Power Center without success.  I have followed the instructions by disabling the IE ESC and added about:blank and have looked at my proxy settings.  Though, I am not sure exactly what I should be looking for in the proxy settings for this particular situation.

Any other suggestions on getting to the PC through the web interface?

I tried using the IP address and DNS name in place of localhost.
