DELL precision T5600 error 3 4
Hi,
I have DELL precision T5600 with dual CPUs and 64 GB RAM (16x4). The machine is blinking numbers 3 & 4, while the power button in solid orange. I read the documentation and it says the problem is related to memory. I replaced the memory and still have this error.
I appreciate your help.

Thank you @speedstep for your response.
Actually I bought the workstation from amazon/USA. And it confirmed to be functional under 110V.
Then I sent the workstation to Israel, and I tested the workstation under 220V. And got that error!.
Note: the PSU says the operation power is 110-240V

Solid orange power button = Boot Failure :
This is a system fault error condition, including the power supply.
Only the +5VSB rail on the power supply is working correctly.
