Precision T5500 Riser Board Memory Fan Power Connector

MB: CRH6C BIOS: A16 CPU 1&2: Intel Xeon X5650 OS: Win10 64 Pro

I just obtained the 2nd CPU Riser Board. It was a bare board, no CPU, RAM, Heatsink.

Got RAM, CPU, and a heatsink that works with the Intel chipset.

Got a 3rd party adapter to convert the CPU fan from a standard 4-pin connector to Dell's proprietary 5-pin connector.

Problem:
The 4-pin Memory Fan Connector is also proprietary.
It's a different pitch, and smaller pins.
If a 3rd party conversion exists, it's hard to find due to 4-pin fan connectors being so common, getting it to narrow down to Dell's is beyond me.
So, anyone know what the pitch/pin size is?
And is the order of wires the same as with the 5-pin connector?
With that information, I can kludge one up myself.
Currently, I have to F1 past the Memory Fan Error Message at boot, and I'd like to fix that.
