Dell update not working

My Dell Inspiron 5145 isn't upgrading I press the search for updates more thn 100 times it just fail and show an error code pls help I really need it updated

Repair the Dell Update appSelect the Programs option. Now, choose Programs and Features. Locate and select the Dell Update or Dell Update for Windows Universal app from the list of installed apps. Click on Uninstall and then click Yes when prompted by UAC.
