Hi,

I'm trying to burn a USB flash drive with Windows 7 installation using "Dell OS Recovery Tool", and I get an error when it tries to write to the USB drive: "Sorry. An error occurred while extracting image file *.iso. Please check the file and try again"

I've tried several times, including deleting the *.iso file in the Downloads/Dell folder and re-downloading the image. I get this error every time.

I also tried using 3d party ISO burner software, and get an error as well.

OS is Windows 7, and the USB is 16GB.

Any help appreciated.
