I have a Opitplex 160 that needs a hardrive replaced because it doesn't seem to boot every time yo power up and was wondering is there a good way to just backup the harddrive on some sort of storage device and then copy back to the new drive once installed?  This may sound stupid, but this machine is used for Quickbooks accounting and has some customized things for this co-worker that neither she nor I could reproduce without hiring it out again.
