HiJackThis you had stated that i send a copy of my log. I sent a log copy but I should of read your instructions a little bit closer because I missed the part wanting me to close all the open programs. So I assume I sent log information that is not needed and wanted to clean it up in order to make it easier for you to help me.
Don't worry about closing the programs for that. We'll continue in your other topic. We should keep all discussion in that one forum thread. In that topic I have suggested running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM).
As long as we'll be working in your other topic, I am going to lock this one.
When I right click on the taskbar it does not close But when I right click on the indivdual programs on the bottom of the task bar I get >UNPIN This program from taskbar

See if you can right-click the running program in the Taskbar (at the bottom of your screen) > Close
