I have tested using the "Homedir" feature on the VNX as a replacement for our existing user directory structure. The problem I am running into is that when I allow the VNX to automatically create the home directory the permissions on the folder only allow the user to access the folder. For backup purposes (as well as other administrative needs) I need administrator to also have access. So far I found the registry flags that change the permission assignements but this isn't quite meeting what I'm looking for (allowing administrator and the user as the only people with permissions on the folder). Our help desk staff are the people who create user accounts so I need to make this as straightforward as possible.

How are other people handling this in the "Homedir" functionality?
