Vostro 5481 - BSOD Memory Management

Question

Hi guys. I need some help. My vostro 5481, I7-8565U, 16gb Ram, again gave the blue screen problem of death, but this time the error was memory management and again the computer presented a problem that when it enters suspend mode it ends up shutting down and I lose everything I was doing. I'm tired because in Dell's checks they don't find anything wrong. Is anyone or has anyone had a similar problem?

Hi Polvo91! Disassemble the memory and clean it with rubber. Sometimes due to the heating of the temperatures a thin layer forms and hinders the contact with the plate. Caution when cleaning do not touch with your hands on the chips and traces of copper that will be cleaned. Good luck
