I've always had my buddy sounds & was able to preview them prior to selecting the one I wanted to use.  This has been going on for months now & AOL says it's something they have to reset; however, several months is a long time.  My default chimes are working when I send an IM, but if I want other sounds, they're not working.  All the other sounds on my computer are working.  Does anyone know what I may have to adjust in the Control Panel under Sounds & Audio Devices that might work.  I had some instructions from AOL & followed those; however, when I got to the window they were speaking about I was supposed to click on the blue triangle.  There were no blue triangles, only the Dell Jukebox & none of them had anything to do with the buddy sounds.  I also remember when I had Norton (got rid of that) I clicked on something & got the buddy sounds back, but I think it just may be a coincidence.  Anyone else having this problem or know how to correct it?  Thanks for any assistance.  Jackie
