Hello

I have a big huge problem I reinstalled my OS. Now i cant bring up the factory settings i tapped CTRL+F11 and hold it nothing seems to work. Is there an way i can bring this back up or is it just gone i have all the boot cd's can some one please help me. Nothing seems to be working at all thanks to this virus i couldnt even cut the computer on is my hidden hardrive delted or what.
