Hi I've been using my Dell Notebook for over a year. Now, my computer is very slow and I'd like to restore to the factory state.

I've throwed away all the books so I googling and found out that I've to press Ctrl + F11 before the OS loading.

But when I tried to press Ctrl + F11, nothing happened, it's just go to the Windows.

Can someone help me ?
