Although possible difficult to see in my included photo, as of earlier tonight, my Dell XPS 7590's screen began flickering with the background and text from previous webpages began ghosting as if burned in. The flickering is not on/off as if the screen is turning on and off. The flickering is more akin to when you point your cellphone camera at a screen and attempt to recorded it. The UI and previous text are also now "hanging or ghosting." You can see a clear example of this in my second picture. The google chrome icon casts a long shadow, and you can faintly see the outline of the tree in my background. I have already tried turning on and off the computer, and I made sure that both the graphic process and screen's derivers were up to date. This issue occurred while sitting still watching a YouTube video. The computer has never been damaged and has never had this or any other issue before. I would also like to apologize for any spieling / grammar mistakes as typing / reading is nearly impossible.
Also, I can't currently upload a photo (apparently Dell only accepts potato quality). Will attempt to upload a photo later though my phone. I will be if I try and use this compute much llonger.

Thanks for the recommendation! I ran a screen diagnostic and the issue persisted throughout the test. This morning, I was also able to upload a photo of the issue as a reply to my original post. Hopefully that will help indefinitely my issue.
Given it failed the screen test, I'm imagining this is an issue with then panel itself. I'm going to be connecting it to an external display today as well, which should help me to further determine if it's the screen vs motherboard / software.
