Dell XPS 15 9550 Stuck on Dell Logo
My Dell laptop gets stuck on the Dell logo after restart and/or sleeping. You have to depress the the power button to get it to boot up. I have already turned off "Fast Startup" and the problem exists. I would appreciate any help:

I have the exact same issue - I've seen other message boards indicating that deselecting the 'Fast Startup' option was the official solution, but that does not work with my laptop.
