Bi-directional Audio is not working in vWorkspace 7.1

Hello ,

I had noticed bi-directional audio on VDI/Terminal server does not work. i can hear sound from Remote VDI/RDSH server but i could not send my voice through mic. When i ckeced properties of audio under control panel i found remote Audio is enabled but nothing was present in Recording section.

Do anyone have idea what might have gone worng...
