DC connection failed No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. Err (10061)

Hello,

sometimes pndcsvc (data collector service) doesn't start on some of my virtual desktops so I can't  communicate trough the management console. When I try to restart a virtual desktop from the console I get this error: "DC connection failed No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. Error 10061"

I've experienced this problem on vWorkspace 7.5 and Windows 7 virtual desktops and the "solution" can be:

- Restart pndcsvc service on each virtual desktop

- Restart the system from the virtualization system (directly)

I've seen these errors on windows events:

Event ID 7000, Source: Service Control Manager, Description: The Quest Data Collector Service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

How can I avoid this problem? Has pndcsvc any dependency? Does the pndcsvc service need a specific configuration?
