Hello Femi,
Can you confirm the following on your VDI’s?
1. On the remote VDI, right click on “Computer” and select “Properties”
2. Click “Remote Settings”
3. Ensure “Allow Connections from Computers running any version of Remote Desktop” is selected
If the above is already configured, can you please confirm the following?
1. On the VDI under “HKLM\System\ControlSet001\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\UserAuthentication”
2. When the above is set to “0” = No NLA
3. When the above is set to “1” = NLA Enabled
