No server was specified...

When trying to access a virtual desktop from the web portal I'm receiving "No server was specified.  Please contact your system administrator."

Our cluster had crashed prior to this error but everything seems to be up and running correctly.  Not sure what's causing this error as I can't find any documentation on this error.

Hi,

Can you check that the desktop application you have created is correctly published to the desktop group and that all the VMs in that group are in a "Logged Off" state?

Thanks

check if you can connect to your VM via the brokers management console. If your VM stays gray in the management console, your broker cannot connect. And you will get a error like you have.

You can try if you can telnet from the vm to the broker over port 5201.

If that does not work, you need to check your network from the broker to your VM(s).

Thanks Sader82.  I was able to connect to the VM from the broker server but still getting the error on the web portal.
