SAP as managed app

Question

I'm having problems running SAP as managed app in RDSH connection broker environment. Actually 'SAP as a software' is running fine, the problem is with GUI which doesn't show well on client computer. Errors are: - the border of windows does not draw well, but if I drag that window for a few mm then it draw well - the close button is not well alligned so if I click 'x box' I can not close the window, but if I try to click around the close button then I can find it and successfuly close the app. What I have tried to change color depth, EOP graphic settings, resolution, but with no success. Has anyone have any recomendation? Robert

Hi Robert,

This was reported as a bug and is logged as Defect 196768.

The only workaround was to move the application to get it to redraw correctly.

The person who reported the bug to us had previously been using version 7.2.1 and said that they did not have the problem in that version

It might be worth contacting Support to tell them you're also affected by that defect.
