Session auto-logoff not working

Hello All,

I am running a single vWorkspace 7.6 server on Windows Server 2003 R2.

The clients are mixed between Windows XP and Windows 7 and all are running the 7.6 version of the AppPortal.

It seems that when people at our UK location close out of their last published application, the server is not logging them out.

I will see only two processes still running under a session - rdpclip.exe and pngdilic.exe.  Since there are only two processes running, of course the user cannot start another published application unless they ( or I ) manually log off their sessions.

I have addded both rdpclip.exe and pngdilic.exe to the list of processes that persist inside a session after the user closes out all published applications.  However, it does not seem to be helping.

Our server is located within the US while the users experiencing this issue are more located within the UK than anywhere else.  It seems to affect them approximately 9 out of 10 times.

We are connected to them via a 100mbps point to point link.  Unfortunately, it's taken me the last five years to get the powers that be to allow me to get a domain controller over there (will ship to them within the next couple weeks).

Is there anything I can do to help speed the auto-logoff?

Do you all think having a domain controller over there will help?
