USB Redirection Issue

Question

Hi Team, I have an issue with USB redirection in my VDI environment. USB redirection policies has been enable to user to connect Disk and Smart Cards. User is able to connect USB pendrive but there is compatibility issue which is not all USB pendrive can be use. Some of them is not available in my virtual desktop even though it is been detected on my Wyse thin client.This USB thumb driver is working fine on physical machine. 2) Most of external USB hard disk is not appear in my virtual desktop. I have try 5-10 USB external hard disk and only 1 can appear in my virtual desktop. Is there any challange to connect NTFS hard disk or thumb drive in VDI environtment? I have NTFS thumb drive which not appear in my virtual desktop at the first place but when formatted to Fat32 it is appear on my virtual desktop. 3) USB printer & Scanner. How can i connect and use standalone USB printer or scanner to my virtual desktop through my Wyse thin client?   Thank You,

Hi, 1 more point. How can i get android smartphone (Samsung,HTC,Sony) working in my virtual dekstop through thin client? try to connect few Samsung phone but no succes yet.
