Magenta line when scanning
I have a Dell 2135cn and when I scan or copy, it makes a vertical magenta line down the length of the page.
Anyone know how I can fix that one?

I have what sounds like the same problem on a Dell 2155cn.
There is a thin magenta line down the length of the output page when I use the sheet feeder to copy a page. The line does not appear on the original page so it's not being added when the page is being fed.
However, if I place my original directly on the flatbed scanner instead of using the sheet feeder, the magenta line does not appear on the output page.
I looked at the "Print Quality Problems" section of the doc referenced above, but it did not help.
Thanks,
Chris

I have this same problem for when we scan a document. I can't find help on the Print Quality Problems - is there a specific page number to reference here?
