I had issues with SupportAssist, so I tried to uninstall/reinstall it.

I followed the steps from:

After completing the above steps, I tried DellRemoteAssist.exe, SupportAssistLauncher.exe, and Dell manual downloaded drivers. which all fails, the first two just exit without doing anything.

Running Dell-Command-Update-Application_HYR95_WIN_5.0.0_A00.exe, I"'m getting the following error:

Property(C): NOTDELLSYSTEM = This application can be installed only on a Dell System. The installation will exit.

Dell support suggests formatting the Laptop, which is not currently an option, and besides the clear disadvantage of not being able to update any driver, doesn't prevent us from working with it for now.

If there is another option to fix this issue, we would greatly appreciate it!
