I have a CX3-20 running FLARE 03.24.020.5.006. It is currently in a Data Center and to access it directly, I must go through a firewall.

I can reach interface and log in, however, all I see in the Enterprise Storage window is my local domain object and that's all. There is no way to expand it to get the drop-downs.

I have a workaround where I can access the system in the local DC on the same network. This connects and runs fine.

There are no restrictions on the firewall. The default gateway for the SPs are configured correctly.

Any thoughts?
