A volume was created that was intended to exist only on tiers 1 and 2, but the storage profile was set to "Recommend" and data has migrated to tier 3.  Will changing the storage profile to remove tier 3 cause the data to migrate upwards, or will additional steps be required to cause the data to migrate upwards?
