HI i have a inspiron 5046 2n1 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz and my headphone jack is not working, the laptop can detect the headphones when plugged in but all i can hear is loud static, please help and i am also willing to return my dell laptop and swap it for a xps with the same specs please help me,
