We purchased PROMATE USB-C Hub to connect with dell inspiron 13 7000 series 2-in-1 thunderbolt 3 port.  When it connected the laptop is charging slow and not getting stable ethernet connection and at the same time it is working with normal USB-C port on other laptops.  Our aim is to connect the thunderbolt USB-C port to a hub and it should provide HDMI, 3 USB (document camera, promethean board, external keyboard), mobile charging.  How we can change the thunderbolt 3 port to normal USB ?  Otherwise there is no solution to connect the above mentioned things in the school classroom.
