I purchased this laptop second-hand and the previous owner did not provide the BIOS admin password. As a result, I am unable to make critical configuration changes, such as changing the boot order to reinstall the operating system.

When I attempt to access the BIOS settings (by pressing F2 during startup) or enter the one-time boot menu (F12), the system prompts me for the Administrator Password.
